This kind of wide-reaching experience has allowed us to develop and create some of the most innovative and in-demand products in our industry.Job Summary: TEST ENGINEERProvide technical support to the Manufacturing Test Department. Evaluates and analyzes test results. Designs. Fabricates and implements test equipment fixtures and software for improving performance and efficiencies of products in production. Recommends to Engineering design changes to improve test yields.Strong Programming skills used in the area of data collection, failure analysis, test software and process improvements.Must be skilled in Visual Studio - Visual basic, Visual Dot Net, and SQL Server.Good writing skills with experience in writing test procedure and supporting documentation.Familiarization and experience using Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing techniques.Provides constant test assistance, training, guidance and suppose for all production test personnel.Generates documented recommendations to improve test processes in manufacturing and design changes in Engineering.Recommends and implements cost effective process improvements.Organizes and facilitates yield improvement teams as required.Works with R&D to ensure testability and manufacturability on new product. Designs test equipment and writes test procedure to support new product.Other duties as assigned.Minimum Education:B.S.E.E. is required. Minimum of 5 years related experience in an electronic manufacturing environment with strong programming skills for test equipment and data bases. Test hardware development preferred.
Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing strongly preferred.MUST HAVE UNRESTRICTED ACCESS TO WORK IN THE U.S.
