Quality Manager

Growing Tucson, AZ company seeks an experienced Quality Manager.



Primary responsibilities include conducting and supporting process and product validation and verification activities as well as failure and complaint investigations. Will manage quality initiatives for a manufacturing organization with emphasis in effective root cause & failure analysis.
REQUIREMENTS


Successful candidate will have a minimum of a BS in Engineering or Science related degree and 3-5 years of related experience in a technical manufacturing environment. Process validation and verification activities; risk analysis techniques including FMEA, problem solving techniques, ability to strategize and communicate to senior management using metrics and reports to document corrective action.
