Quality Control Inspector

Review design prints and information for complete and accurate information. Audit raw materials and products produced. Evaluate the information given to to meet specific construction codes and customer request for accuracy. Assist manufacturing with technical support in blue print and cut bill information.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have a background in construction with a working knowledge of construction skills that include familiarity with engineering terminology. Must have the ability to do calculations dealing with fractions and decimals, read blue prints and conceptualize two and three dimensional forms/shapes. Must have an understanding of Quality Control methods and apply written standards and guide lines in accordance with the Quality Control Manual. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal, have solid background in the art of customer service, and take a quality-focused approach to their work. Must have high school degree or equivalent certificate, college degree or coursework a plus. Technical degree in Quality Control desired. Should have a minimum of 2 years of realted Quality Control background preferably in a manufacturing environment.
