Project Manager

Responsible for managing all aspects of project construction from initial turnover through project closeout.
Handle the budget, schedule, and safety.
Monitoring the contract parameters and client expectations; managing the project team including field foreman, coordinating requestionion of materials with purchasing, coordinating the tools and equipment.
REQUIREMENTS
Industrial experience.
History of working for mechanical contractors.
Duties include: Layout, fabrication, coordinating projects, working with general contractors.
Scheduling experience, good negotiation skills, take offs.
