Project Engineer

Project Engineer Job - A manufacturing company in Greenville SC is seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer with industrial plant background. This engineer will be responsible for installation and startup of automated mechanical equipment, such as process piping, material handling equipment, assembly machinery, boilers, compressors, and the like. You should be able to develop projects, oversee the design, prepare estimates, schedules, and bid packages, and lead the installation and commissioning of the equipment as well.This requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering, plus 10 to 15 years hands-on project engineering experience in an industrial plant setting. Process piping installation experience is a must, and experience with HVAC design and installation is a plus. Travel within the US will be required, and some travel to Canada and Mexico may be required. Bilingual Spanish/English skills are desired. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.
