Production Supervisor

Employee Management

-Responsible for the supervision of all employees’ in the Liquid/Gel, Powder and Kit room Production & Packaging departments.
-Train all employee’s on set-up and breakdown of all filling and packaging equipment.
-Ensure proper set-up and running of all Production equipment through SOP’s and hands on training.

Scheduling/Planning

-Schedule all production to be filled and or assembled for all Production & Packaging departments.
-Create and maintain a four week Production & Packaging schedule
-Maintain a one week frozen schedule.
-Responsible for assigning Work Orders daily for all Production & Packaging employees’.
-Ensure timely processing of all Work Orders.
-Have up to date accurate information for customer service on the production schedule.

Inventory/QC

-Ensure the highest standards of production and packaging through development and implementation of SOP’s.
-Oversee and manage the Quality Control aspects of the Production Departments.
-Maintain proper storage of all Hardgoods items according to the Inventory Managers SOP’s. Ensure proper Out Levels and Re-Order Levels for all production departments through the Inventory Manager.
-Maintain a preventive maintenance program for all machinery to ensure all equipment runs at capacity

REQUIREMENTS
-Excellent computer skills
-Inventory and production planning background a must
-Must be hands on-Mechanically inclined, with the ability to work on the productio floor as well as in an office environment
