Production Supervisor

Purpose: Because of our thriving business we are continuing to grow and have multiple needs for production supervisors. We are located in Tracy, CA at the foot of California's Bay Area. We offer competitive wages, great benefits, and a first class working environment.

Job Duties:
1) Managing a production crew, scheduling breaks and lunches.
2) Managing and maintaining crew's budget.
3) Ability to pinpoint problems within the production line.
4) Ability to understand and interpret daily production orders.

Job Requirements:
1) Great leadership skills.
2) Good communication skills: written and verbal. Bilingual is a plus.
3) High School Diploma or GED.
4) Computer literate in Excel, MS Word and Outlook XP.

Candidates must also be able to work with minimal supervision. Candidates must also be flexible with their hours and the shifts they can work. This job does require candidates to work some weekends as well. Experience in food production or fruit industry is a plus.
