Production Supervisor

MechoShade Systems, Inc., an international manufacturer of manual/motorized sunscreen shading systems, has an excellent opportunity for a task-oriented Production Supervisor at our Phoenix, AZ location. Responsibilities include:
-Supervising personnel involved in the manufacturing process
-Overseeing shift operations and personnel actions
-Maintaining shift production metrics
-Training employees in their respective job functions
-Tracking and prioritizing work orders to meet daily production requirement
-Providing feedback to Production Manager on employee performance and teamwork.
-Ensuring that Company policy and procedures are being adhered to.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience and 7 years experience in a manufacturing environment. Must have good communication skills (written and verbal), decision-making ability, and computer proficiency. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and work in a cooperative manner to support a team environment. High School Diploma or GED required. Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus.
