Production Specialist

Purpose: This position is responsible for the daily production work in a manufacturing environment. This includes monitoring work for quality, timeliness, problem solving and decision making on routine work. Day and Swing Shifts available!

REQUIREMENTS:
Able to lift 50lbs - loading and unloading fixtures on a regular basis
Pass a background screen (no felonies or misdemeanor within last 7yrs)
Pass a drug test
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Understand and support the Company policies and procedures
Excellent attendance record
Attention to detail
