Production Planner

Generate secondary production schedules for all work centers based on capacity constraints. Update open order status daily by monitoring production orders status. Provide timely feedback to customer service on pull ins, pull from stock, and slit from stock orders.Manage inventory control of WIP and finished goods.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field plus Materials Management experience. Strong math foundation, plus effective verbal, written, and teaming skills. Excellent problem solving and organization skills, and attention to detail. In addition, candidate must possess the ability to interact effectively with all of the other departments and levels in the organization. The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in MS-Excel and MS-Word as needed to generate and manipulate data. Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Three years Production Planning experience. AS400 experience.
