Production Operator

Variety of tasks necessary for preparation of freeze dried products, processing and packaging of freeze-dried products. Wetside Operation includes, trayloading, slicing, dicing, egg belt, cookroom, boxing, bulking, grinding, mixing, seasoning, packaging. Must be comfortable working in different temperature conditions and environment, will be required to work cold/freezer rooms as well as in wet and dry side operating rooms. Direct crew, machine setup and teardown. Knowledge of Lock out/ Tag out. Cleaning and sanitizing equip, operation of machinery. Maintain quality of product. Inspection and general labor requiring lifting, pulling of carts, trayloading. Frequent lifting of 60lbs. Must commit to days and nights. Will try to give preferred scheduled shift. Must be comfortable in a team setting, demonstrating leadership skills. Previous coaching, training experience required. Look for intelligence and reasoning skills. Will do general labor work if work slows down. Rotating schedule, will be required to work every other weekend. Shifts are either 6:45:am to 7:pm or 6:45pm to 7:00am. Pay depending on shift. Located in Albany
