Production Manager (Bi-Lingual)

The Judge Group, INC. is currently in search of a Bi-Lingual Production
Manager for a Food/Beverage Manufacturing Facility located in AZ. The
individual hired will develop and implement departmental goals/budgets and
objectives and must have a minimum of three to five years experience as a
second level production manager in the food industry and must have
experience managing salaried supervisors and have a minimum of a 2 year
college degree. The individual hired will be responsible for the
development and implementation of work instructions, job descriptions and
training needs. The individual will also be responsible for written reports
and deliver oral presentations and will be an active member of safety,
quality and food safety committees. Need to be Bi-lingual in
English/Spanish and the candidate must be open to possible relocation in
and out of this west coast location. Must also have a solid work history,
no job hoppers. Candidate should come out of a baked goods background with
very good AIB knowledge, however, individuals with a strong Food
Manufacturing background will also be considered. MUST BE ABLE TO RELOCATE
