Product Line Support Engineer

Purpose: Aerotek CE is looking for an Product Line Support Engineer to join a local medical device manufacturing firm. This company designs and manufactures heart defibrillator devices.

Technician will be responsible for supporting a specific Product Line.

Duties include:
Provides resolution of technical issues internally and with external suppliers of technical services. Assures compliance with all applicable organization and regulatory requirements. Performs routine maintenance and sustaining support activities of test equipment, test processes, and test fixtures using judgment to determine the appropriate standard practices required.

Required skills include:
Workable knowledge of standard principles, techniques of metrology, manufacturing, and/or test technology. Working knowledge or applicable equipment, PC platforms, MS Office applications and specific business applications. Working knowledge of documentation system and practices. Good troubleshooting, technical writing, communication, interpersonal, problem solving, planning and organization skills.
