Operations Manager

Purpose:
Satellite Laboratory Services (SLS) is a leading, independent renal laboratory offering the best in personalized customer services and a suite of user-friendly, customizable web reports that deliver real-time, high-quality results to ensure superior patient outcomes.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager at our state-of-the-art laboratory in Redwood City. This position is responsible for the pre and post analytical phases. Oversees specimen processing and works with various couriers to improve receipt times. Continually reviews and monitors process improvement within the laboratory including specimen flow, automation, and facility changes, as needed. Works closely with other members of the SLS management team.

Experience Requirements:
Previous clinical laboratory experience required, particularly in pre and post analytical phases.
