Duties:
Responsible for assisting the program managers by scheduling and expediting parts and resources to complete mock-ups, prototypes, and pilot production parts. Daily activities will involve coordinating with many different levels of the company and using various information systems (Agile and Mfg-Pro).Note: To be considered, your resume must meet specific position requirements and you must identify either the job title or job code for a specific open position. REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Minimum of three (3) years in a manufacturing environment working with multi-level assemblies or bills of material in a similar work environment. Computerized MRP systems experience required. An AA degree is desired. Other requirements include:
Ability to utilize Agile to manage and investigate changes
Ability to plan and schedule complex, multi-level assemblies
Expedites parts as required to meet schedule
Identify problems which might occur within the engineering builds
Manages changes with regard to WIP for engineering projects
Familiarity with office software (MS Word, Excel, etc.) required
Knowledge and skill in using a computerized MRP system
Broad understanding of material planning principles including inventory, lead times, cycle time, capacity planning and use of BOM’s
