Manufacturing Engineer

ESCO Integrated Manufacturing is a leading custom manufacturer of components and complex electro-mechanical assemblies for high-tech companies. Currently have immediate openings. Significant experience working within the manufacturing industry is a plus.

Job responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Performs research, design and development of products, and manufacturing processes.
- Coordinates the manufacturing launch of new/revised products including establishing goals, training team members and evaluating results.
- Designs, develops and tests and/or sources and cost-justifies various tools, machinery and equipment for recommended manufacturing methods.
- Performs product/process analysis for performance, cost reduction, quality improvement, and improved efficiency.
- Will be responsible for a process or product line.
- Represents engineering and manufacturing on cross-functional teams.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 years experience in manufacturing engineering or a commensurate level of experience in related field.
- Possesses and applies broad understanding of the principles, practices, and procedures of the field of specialization
- Able to work with minimum supervision in multiple product or process areas.
- Able to effectively supervise junior engineers or technicians.
- Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must have knowledge of computers, product design, machining and assembly practices, tools and fixturing.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing and make presentations.
- Ability to work with vendors, customers, and employees.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must excel at working in a team environment.
- Quality orientation and attention to detail.
- Problem analysis and problem resolution.
