Snyder's of Hanover is seeking Highly Motivated, Versatile, and Dependable individuals to join our expanding manufacturing plant in Goodyear. Applicants must have strong Mechanical Aptitude and Troubleshooting abilities, and want to be a team member with a growing company. Food Mainten-ance/ Bakery experience preferred. The qualified candidate will be responsible for adjustments, repair and maintenance of snack food processing equipment, PM's, and other duties as assigned. Must be able to troubleshoot and program complex automated equipment such as Ishida/Yamato scales, TNA/ Hayssen Baggers, conveyors, ovens, and mixers. Must be knowledgeable with low voltage control circuits, VFD drives and PLC's. Job Qualifications include high school diploma or technical school graduate with minimum two years experience in manufacturing maintenance. Candidate must be able to work a rotating 3/4 AWS Nights schedule. Overtime available. Starting wage is dependent upon assessment of skill level/ experience. Requires good written and oral communication skills, ability to work independently, and must be results oriented. Benefits include 401(k), excellent compensation DOE, and opportunities for growth.
