Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

Serve as a dynamic change agent and aggressively lead business improvement projects using lean and six sigma tools.
Provide sustained improvement to critical manufacturing and transactional processes to help management achieve strategic goals and impact financial results.
Challenge conventional thinking, mentor Green Belts, and assemble multiple teams as needed to support tactical efforts, serving as both a team leader and coach.

Other important requirements are:

proven ability to work with and lead diverse groups,
adept at building rapport and influencing others in a positive manner,
strong problem solving and analytical skills, and
documented project experience.

Verbal and written skills are necessary to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and with our customer network.

Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelors Degree required
1-5 years as a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt
Minimum 5 years industry experience
