Lead Operator Trainee

REQUIREMENTS
Past work experience in manufacturing with setting up equipment, mechanical abilities, and a good track record of accuracy and safety. Previous experience in the supervision of work flow and staffing is helpful. This person will be trained to perform tasks from the bottom up in order to advance into the role as a lead operator. Must have good work ethic and flexibility. Able to work varied shifts, evenings and early mornings and holidays.
