Global Quality Manager

This global leadership role will shape the strategy and create the operating structures for the quality systems within the Manufacturing and Distribution operations.Through strong program management, the person in this role will provide effective guidance and oversight for general processes in operations, as well as own key decisions regarding quality thresholds and regulatory compliance. This individual will translate new industry trends and requirements into business policy and practice. Collaboration with other business units within the Company will improve overall quality system effectiveness and business value-add. Other responsibilities may include hosting internal and external audits, and facilitating other regulatory body inspections.

·Experience with quality improvement methodology (Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TQM, Kan Ban, 5 S)
·Auditing and testing of products
·Experience with product testing analysis
·Experience with ISO 9000 certification
·High volume manufacturing experience a must
·Project Management
·JIT
