You're Role at Edwards:
In this position, you will manage the global marketing strategy and tactics for the Pressure Monitoring portfolio within the Critical Care business. Use your operational, marketing & project management skills to increase product line growth, develop new product opportunities, assess and manage the global business line and engage in manufacturing operations.
Additional responsibilities:
Ensure product line profit and growth consistent with corporate objectives
Tactical support to regional marketing partners (e.g., product sales training design, preparation, and implementation)
Identify, develop, implement, and evaluate sales support tools (including the need for marketing studies)
Develop and disseminate educational tools for product utilization
Promote higher-margin, differentiated products
Promote unique attributes and capabilities
Develop new product opportunities
Product line extensions
New product requirements
Unmet customer needs (ensure customer driven design of new products/line extensions)
Opportunities for revenue growth
Execute new product development with a cross-functional team and market launches with regional sales and marketing partners
Assess and manage the global business line
Competitive market analysis
Product positioning and promotion; packaging and pricing
Provide strategic direction for post-market trials
Market communication strategy and tactical direction
Engage in manufacturing operations
Product planning and supply
Manufacturing (including initiatives in manufacturing)
Quality
Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
REQUIREMENTS
Essential Equipment:
Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years related experience; experience in a Critical Care business is preferred. Requires solid organizational skills; strong interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to deal in a multicultural environment and interface with various country organizations. Dynamism, positivism, ability to motivate and convince are all essential.
