Director of Manufacturing Operations
I am a head hunter on a confidential search for a pharmaceutical biotechnology company that is located within 50 miles of Los Angeles.
The salary on this position is $140k to $185k. It also qualifies for stock award with 5 year vesting, and a bonus.
This search is for a Director of Manufacturing Operations, reporting directly to a Facility General Manager.
This position is responsible for guiding the activities of the manufacturing, production, and packaging groups.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (do not apply if you don't meet the requirements)
BA or BA degree at a minimum
15 years of RELEVANT pharmaceutical industry experience
Extensive and Expert knowledge of the FDA, 21CFR, and pharmaceutical operations in a regulated environment.
