Department Supervisor

40 year old Nashville based importer needs a stable, organized, self starter to head up one of our production departments that assembles items and applies heat transfers garments. Responsibilities include leading 3 to 6 employees, day to day planning of production, inventory, ordering supplies, maintained, disciplining employees, coordinating with other departments, opening and closing and etc. This is a working position, not an office/executive one. Must be willing to lead by example and do what ever it takes to get job done.

Starts at $12 per hour. Paid vacation and holidays. Insurance available.

Free parking. Hours are Monday-Friday 8-4:30. This is an hourly position with some very limited overtime.
REQUIREMENTS
Some management/leadership experience. Stable work history. Good clean driving and criminal record.
