Customer Analyst

Purpose: BASIC FUNCTION Responsible for performing and directing duties and communication necessary to maintain high customer service level.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES



1. Upload and analyze daily/weekly customer requirements.

2. Schedule daily shipments and ensure material availability through coordination with Master Scheduler, Production and Shipping.

3. Ensure timely customer shipments and monitor delivery scores.

4. Analyze demand changes, trends, forecasts and provide input to Master Scheduler

5. Proficiently communicate with customers on all relevant issues.

6. Maintain positive relationship with customer representatives.

7. Manage product balance out process and file obsolescence claims with customers.

8. Coordinate new program launches with Program Managers.

9. Maintain customer MRP records.

10. Monitor and maintain applicable customer databases.



POSITION QUALIFICATIONS



Education: High school diploma. College degree/some college preferred.



Experience: 2-3 years OEM experience, preferably in automotive industry. Working knowledge of ERP/MRP. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook. Other MS applications (Power point, Access) a plus.



Certifications: APICS Certification and negotiation training a plus.Classification:Contract-to-HireCompensation:
