MAINTENANCE


Kennecott Utah Copper, a world-class mining & mineral processing company in Salt Lake City, is searching for a CONTRACTOR ADMINISTRATOR at our Smelter.


Responsibilities include:
Joint Safety Accountability
with Maintenance Provider
Contractor Management
System
Maintenance Scheduling
Resource Utilization
Provide training on work or
der and forecasting process
Create & audit monthly and
yearly budget


Qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree or
equivalent
8 years' maintenance
supervisory experience
Conversant with mainte
nance procedures, CMMS
applications, & computer
usage


Must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to safety & leadership, a proven ability to work independently & in small multi-discipline teams, be self-motivated, & use excellent interpersonal & communication skills. Will be part of a participative management team in problem solving, project implementation, & continuous improvement. This position requires strong analytical & computer skills.
