CNC Machinist:

Purpose: A local San Diego manufacturing company is seeking a CNC machinist to work in the machine shop. Primary duties will include set up/operation of HAAS VF-2 vertical CNC mill with Fanuc controller. Some programming required. Operate machine performing repetitive operations making minor adjustments as needed. Use appropriate measuring instruments to check finished parts to print tolerances. Monitor and adjust toll offsets to maintain part accuracy, verify first piece inspection and perform in-process quality checks. Communicate effectively with co-workers, support groups and management. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Must be capable of reading blueprints. Must have own measuring tools. Must have CNC mill experience.
