CNC 2 Mill Machinist

ABOUT THE POSITION:
Machinist needed to set up and operate CNC Mills. A min of 6 years is required. Must be able to edit and modify programs as needed. Exp with Fadals and Mori Seiki machines and Fanuc controls is a plus. Will be required to set up and operate one or more machines at a time. Familiarity with Six Sigma principles, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement techniques is beneficial. OT generally required.
This opening is for second shift. Ability to program and/or exp with CNC lathes is beneficial. Salary commensurate with experience.

REQUIREMENTS
Requires 6 years experience setting up and operating CNC Mill machines.

Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Excellent blueprint reading skills, shop math skills, and proficiency in the use of a wide variety of precision measuring tools is required.

Second shift hours are 3:30 pm to Midnight.

Experience with 300 and 400 series stainless and casting machining processes and techniques necessary.
