Business Unit Manager - Night Shift
In this role you will be responsible for the direction and coordination of all manufacturing activities for one or more of the plant manufacturing units. You will also be responsible for the direct supervision and guidance of Production Supervisors. In addition, you will assure compliance with company policies and regulations.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assure existence of positive employee relations environment
Achieve performance, material usage and spending goals
Provide leadership for Safety initiatives
Assure timely and accurate completion of compliance and administrative documentation
Plan, anticipate and adjust to potential problems to avoid negative impact on area goals
Complete special projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this position, you must possess:

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 5 years supervision experience in manufacturing or related field
Minimum of 3 years experience in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare environment
