Our client has an immediate need for a Building Maintenance Specialist to perform the following duties:· Repairs walls, doors, toilets, locks, lighting fixtures, etc.· Arranges and maintains spare parts inventory · Installs and replaces equipment and tools · Checks the condition of the building equipment · Meets and communicates with all maintenance specialists concerning recent corrective actions
REQUIREMENTS
