BINDERY OPERATORA great opportunity to learn and grow with a growing company! Due to growth of our business, Commercial Communications Inc.’s Tempe location (CCI-West) has openings for detail-oriented individuals to join our Bindery team on 1st and 2nd shift.

Duties may include hand bindery tasks such as folding papers, assembling printed materials into kits, packaging items using shrinkwrap and bagging machines, operating drilling and stapling machines, OR Machine bindery tasks which include set up, operation, & light maintenance of bindery equipment, including cutters, saddle stitchers, Stahl/MBO folders & collators. All positions may involve preparing items for shipment to customers and performing quality checks. Candidates will also be asked to assist in other areas of production as needed. REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Physical requirements for this position include the ability to stand for the duration of the shift and ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds occasionally. Bending and crouching is also required. The ideal candidate will be a quality-minded individual who has a solid work history and good mechanical troubleshooting skills.
