This is an excellent position with career growth potential and the opportunity to work in a fun, high-energy environment. The Assistant GM will manage the daily operations of the Wildhorse Saloon, including administration, human resources functions, restaurant and beverage operations, and entertainment programming. Responsibilities include acting as key liaison for team; maintaining food and beverage standards; assisting with entertainment scheduling and special events; maintaining service standards; and coaching, training and development of employees and leaders for future promotional opportunities.The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-volume restaurant environment. Experience with entertainment booking a plus.
REQUIREMENTS
4-6 years high-volume senior-level restaurant management experience required. Nightclub experience preferred.
Demonstrated understanding of forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting strongly preferred.
Must be available to work late nights and weekends, based on business need.
