Job Summary:
Responsible for conducting medical/surgical &/or behavioral health care medical necessity reviews, care coordination, and discharge planning. Assists staff with complex cases. Prepares and presents cases for Medical Director review and decisions. Takes active role in identifying process issues and assists with developing corrective action plans as indicated.
