Telemarketing Supervisor

Under the direction of the Assistant Manager, the Telemarketing Supervisor is responsible for the effective management of a team of telemarketers of approximately 6-25 associates. Supervisors track productivity and quality through monitoring and personal interaction with associates.

Responsibilities will include:
Monitoring, motivating and training of telemarketing associates. Evaluation of associate performance on an on-going basis to meet department standards. Develop and provide additional training to associates whose productivity and/or confirmation rate are below minimum requirements. Ensure compliance and enforce company policies and regulations. Set daily performance goals based on team budget. Monitor outbound calls to insure high quality customer service; and continually monitor associates to ensure quality calls and coach as needed. Ensure all daily hours and leads generated have been entered or forwarded to the appropriate dept. Manage attendance of all team associates. Manage a predictive dialing system to bring associates on-line and off. Produce necessary reports for management. Develop and conduct games and contests to motivate associates and meet daily productivity requirements. Act as a positive role model for associates.
REQUIREMENTS

High school education or GED required. College degree preferred.
Minimum one year telemarketing management experience or one year telemarketing experience with verifiable above average performance. Previous supervisory experience desired. Excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines required.
