Poppy Ridge Golf Course is looking for qualified candidates to apply for the Supervisor of Mulligans Snack Bar.
The Mulligans Supervisor is responsible for presenting a positive, clean, and organized snack bar operation.Managing the daily operation of the snack bar, inventory control of all products, supervision of staff, training staff, and scheduling staff.Maintaining a budget and controlling costs associated with inventory and labor. Poppy Ridge Golf Course is the second NCGA Member Course and opened in 1996. The 27 hole Scottish Heathland Course consists of three nines aptly named Chardonnay, Zinfandel and Merlot and is located in the wine country of Livermore. Rees Jones, 1995 Golf Digest Architect of the Year compares the design and playability to Scottish links courses. The newly-expanded Mulligans Snack Bar and is a full-service bar with outdoor seating that provides a beautiful view of the course. A light menu is available. We also offer an on-course mobile beverage service.

REQUIREMENTSCandidates are requested to have two or more year’s related restaurant or food service experience and/or training.Qualified candidates must have a complete understanding of California Alcohol Beverage Control laws regarding alcoholic beverages sales and service
Must have supervisory experience.
