JOB SUMMARY



General responsibility for coordinating and supervising all warehouse/office activities on a daily basis. Oversees receiving, warehousing, and shipping of product in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives. Responsible for maintaining High Standards of productivity, attendance, safety, training, building and equipment maintenance and repairs, security, and housekeeping. Communicates company policy, expectations and priorities to warehousemen. Completes necessary records and reports/ensure customer goals are met/ensures efficient operation of all MHE/ensures the integrity of the inventory/directs the operation of the warehouse teammates to achieve objectives/promotes continuous improvement/participates in establishing work schedules.
REQUIREMENTS


High School diploma. AA/AS or some college preferred. 3 to 5 years warehouse operations experience with an emphasis on Customer Service, Inventory Control, and Operations Coordinator functions.



Good communication, problem solving, and PC skills



Occasional travel required
