Sr. Proposal Development Lead

ARINC's Oklahoma City office is looking for someone to join our team as the Lead of Proposal Development. In this role the candidate will manage major proposal efforts to include ensuring adherence to proposal processes, selection and management of the proposal team, development of the proposal management volume, compliance review, and overall proposal support. This person will gather information needed to generate a written approach to respond to large proposal requests and will provide support to lesser proposal efforts as required. Candidate shall lead the management, team in the coordination and review of all inputs to the Technical, Past Performance, and Management sections and ensure that responses are accurate and compliant.
REQUIREMENTS
All candidates must have at least 15 years of experience with performance-based, progressive experience in contracting, activity-based costing, ISO 9001, as well as government contract and Request for Proposal ( RFP) requirements language. Must have experience in writing and/or evaluating proposals. Independently supporting the initiation of contract related projects and experience working and supporting multiple locations and organizations. Familiarity with the following types of agreements: Teaming, NDA, Prime/Sub-Contract. Familiar with FAR, CAS, GSA schedules, GWACS, ID/IQ, DO/TO and BPA contracts. All candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) applications.
