Shift Manager / Food Processing

Must have experience in a food processing facility and be fluent (at least 50%) in Spanish to be considered
REQUIREMENTS
Daily Duties: Will be responsible for production on all 3 shifts of a food processing facility. Will deal with production issues, sanitation issues and quality for all shifts. Will rotate shifts according to need of the plant - main shift will be 1st, but will work all shifts. Responsible for dealing with issues and making sure all is running smoothly.

Requirements: Must have recent food / beverage processing experience and background in supervising production workers and supervisors in that environment. Knowledge of sanitation issues - HACCP, FDA, GMP, etc is needed. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Ability to work all shifts is needed.
