Reviews user requirements and provides direction in the identification of problems and potential resolutions. Performs as a group lead and in a backup management role, as required. - Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or closely related field or - Eight to ten (8 - 10) years experience with operating systems and system executives (CPCOM, CMS, SILAS, MCB, MCP, etc.), storage management, performance & capacity management, platform patch & security coordination, IT strategic planning, risk analysis, project management, networks, open systems (Windows and UNIX), mainframe exposure (preferably Unisys platforms), use of performance monitoring tools (HP Openview, Sightline, ECC, Tripwire), trend analysis,and/or management of multiple projects.Travel Requirements: None
