We are currently looking for an experienced Product Manager, to assist with our current and future product releases.

This position requires a detailed understanding of the strategies, activities, and goals of the division related to specific Metavante Image Solutions products. The individual selected for this position will manage the growth and product life cycle of these products. They must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a broad business vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.

Responsible for managing business requirements and processes to support the enterprise program strategy; will lead collaboration across the organization architecting business and software solutions to achieve defined goals understanding the business strategy and recommending changes to direction as required.

REQUIREMENTS
? Managing the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, including but not limited to establishment of product plans, and release schedules.
? Driving a solution set across development teams through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
? Providing detailed functional specifications for business requirements identified by Product Marketing and through extensive interaction with the existing client base.
? Serving as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, occasionally working with various levels of the sales team in order to establish market identity and credibility.
? Communicating with all areas of the company, responsible for education plans for client facing teams.
? Setting pricing strategies for products to achieve financial goals and market objectives.
? Organizing and managing all product launch activities.
? Some travel will be required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
? 5-7 years experience in a Product Management role with demonstrated results.
? Experience with a retail banking or distributed capture solution a plus.
? Full software product life cycle management experience from inception to phase out.
? Sense of urgency to be able to prioritize in an environment where timely product release is critical.
? Ability to work in a matrix environment where teamwork is emphasized.
? Demonstrated ability to deliver projects / products on time and within budget.
? Ability to think strategically, to present and sell the strategy, and translate it into tactical requirements for project implementation.
? Good verbal and written communication skills along with ability to work with all levels of management.
