Sales Manager, Inside Sales

Direct the sales efforts of an Inside Sales team while
insuring appropriate sales support to the field account executives.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and leadership necessary to reach and exceed
established revenue quotas and business goals.
Lead the efforts of an inside sales team in the delivery of
revenue targets and the implementation business objectives. Assign field
territories and accounts to members of the team along with providing the
support programs necessary to insure each team members success. Develop
the business plans and tactics to achieve predetermined revenue targets
for the territory/account. Work with the VP of Inside Sales leverage
resources and collaborate on program implementation. Drive effective
utilization of the customer database. Work with the Sales Operations
Manager to ensure the efficient collection and analysis of customer
information and market data; effectively communicating requested
information to management. Lead and guide the assigned team. Establish
performance measurements, track performance against those measurements,
and provide constructive feedback. Work with the VP of Inside Sales &
Marketing and collaborate on programs to drive and close business.Develop and be accountable to weekly/monthly revenue forecasts, budget
control, and investment measures. Measure and report on the results of all
activities. Communicate knowledgenet strategic sales direction and
insure that the information is understood by all of your team members.Act as a liaison between the product management teams to provide your
teams with up-to-date information regarding products, competitive
information, etc. Perform all personnel management activities for your
team including recruitment, performance evaluation and salary management.
Additionally, it is your responsibility to manage to targeted budgets.Provide leadership and feedback on the delivery of key marketing and sales
programs. Maintain the highest customer service standards to insure
increased knowledgenet market share.
REQUIREMENTS
BA or BS strongly preferred or equivalentExperience
Minimum of three plus years in a sales or call center supervisory role
with a focus on employee development and all aspects of managing a group
of 10 plus. Demonstrated ability of strong phone selling and closing
skills and the ability to mentor others to achieve success in these areas.Tools
Must possess a solid understanding of IT related topics and products such
as the Internet, Microsoft and Cisco.Other
