Sales Manager

Purpose:
Our client, a leading cruise line company, is seeking Sales Managers.

Individuals who are interested must have the following:
-A strong sales background.
-Experience with telephone-based sales, not telemarketing.
-Experience with both inside and outside sales or sales management.
-Having had a position handling luxury based product or real estate is a huge plus.

Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to, actively manage new territory sales and maintain the highest level of customer care for existing owners. Maintaining regular communication and follow-up with potential owners. Requires strong written and verbal communication abilities.

This position is located in the Gilbert area.

Pay:
Pay Plan A - $750/wk draw, $6k max; 1% commission on company leads; 2% commission on self generated leads.
Pay Plan B - $36k salary; .5% commission on company leads; 1% commission on self generated leads...Potential Commission for an average sales person : 1st year - $150k, 2nd year $250k
