REQUIREMENTS


Qualifications • Previous food service management experience in a quick serve restaurant environment, retail or grocery setting. • Able to pass a criminal background check. • Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends. • Ability to make effective decisions in absence of Store Manager. • Experience with speed of service and expediting food orders. Committed to continuous improvement. • Understanding and knowledge of retail products, and develops strategies to capitalize on sales/growth opportunities. • Ability to educate employees and customers on new products. • Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings. • Can ensure that the customer receives a superior product or service. Can listen attentively and respond effectively to customer complaints. • Awareness of basic sanitation issues. Ability to engage in sanitary practices and maintain a clean food preparation environment. • Effective managing in a changing environment.
