Souper Salad is now hiring General Managers & Assistant General Managers for its Salt Lake City market.
REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities of an General Manager / Assistant General Manager are as follows:


1.) Supervise and direct operations during shift, ensuring food quality and crew performance meets Souper Salad standards.

2. Working closely with the GM to assist in managing food and labor costs, setting par levels, staffing levels, and making adjustments as necessary.

3.) Inspect the restaurant cleanliness, food quality, service delivery, and safety procedures.

4.) Assist in process of ordering/receiving food and supplies, ensuring top quality and correct quantities and prices.

5.) Respond to guest complaints in a diplomatic and professional manner.

6.) Along with the GM, prepare daily and monthly financial statements.

7.) Enforce established cash-handling procedures, taking care of all funds and bank deposits during your shifts.

8.) Communicate frequently with restaurant staff, providing guidance, feedback, rewards and motivation.

9.) Conduct counseling sessions, issue disciplinary warnings and where necessary, terminate the employment of unsatisfactory performers.
