Home Health Care Services, a national homecare agency, (a subsidiary of Life Care Services LLC), is looking for RNs who wants to make a difference. The successful candidate deliver health care services, establish and coordinate services, supervise and instruct as required. Min. 2 years exp. in HH case management required. The ideal candidate will hold a current AZ RN license, be detail-oriented, a self-starter, and be able to work independently while being a part of a caring team.
