The Quality Assurance Manager at Piper Plastics, Inc. is responsible for developing and directing ISO 9001-2000 and ISO 13485 Quality Management Systems in the capacity of Management Representative.

Responsible for the development and implementations of an internal quality audit program to monitor and ensure compliance with quality system requirements.

To plan, promote, and organize training activities related to the Quality Management System.

Facilitate monthly continuous improvement meetings with all department heads.

Manage quality inspectors to ensure compliance of the Quality Management System.

Effectively communicate with customers to discuss quality issues to ensure effective resolutions.

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate is a motivated team player, with the ability to take on multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in both a custom, and production-manufacturing environment.

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

Five years experience in the Quality Assurance field

Ability to lead and manage others

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Computer proficiency.
