We are currently recruiting for the position of: Project Manager - OSS
Job Description:Plan and coordinate the operational requirements for new product and service implementations. Manage the IT projects list associated with the implementation of the pending products. Develops project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources. Formulates and defines technical scope and objectives of project. Identifies and schedules project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks. Coordinates recruitment or assignment of project personnel. Establishes standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation. Prepares project status reports and keeps management and others informed of project status and related issues. Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and resolve problems. Coordinates project activities with marketing, sales, engineering, operations, and customer support to ensure goals and requirements are met. Other duties may be assigned.
Education and/or Experience:College degree is desirable. High school diploma plus additional related technical experience and/or training equal to eight or more years is acceptable. PC skills required. Requires extensive experience in Telecommunications industry, Operational processes, Project Management, and Product Development.
