Project Manager

Project Manager- Arizona Division

Currently we have multiple openings for Project Managers in our Phoenix, Arizona office.

Responsibilities

A project manager is responsible for delivering a construction project from its conception until it functions as it was intended. Estimating, start-up, scheduling, expediting, inspection, quality control, and delivery of the project according to established criteria are aspects of a project manager's job.

• Updating project schedules – Microsoft Scheduling Software
• Quality assurance of daily reports
• Coordinate and submit plan revisions and change orders
• Compose and/ or edit letters, memos, reports, and procedures as required
• Job Costing - provide proper costing information by use of daily time sheets, current trends, and projected costs.
• Maintain up-to-date information, including cost of labor, equipment, and material data for project control; company and subcontractor production and costs
• Review all purchase orders, delivery tickets, subcontractor requisitions
• Communicating and forecasting the equipment and personnel needs for each project
• Assist Program Manager in planning work schedule, determining manpower levels, and arranging for assignment of project personnel
REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience

• Previous verifiable experience in construction industry
• Requires complete understanding of all aspects of general engineering construction, master-planned community construction experience a plus
• Must be computer literate
• Experience in MS Project
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment on multiple projects
