Program Manager

At Communications Test Design, Inc., an innovative and dynamic leader in the telecommunications field, we are embarking on exciting new ventures for the new age of communications and we have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated professional. We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee all aspects of business for our Tellabs Division. This position will be based in our Bessemer, AL facility.


The qualified individual will manage all facets of the assigned program, including quality, customer communication, and engineering support. They will be responsible for attaining the necessary support to ensure the success of the project, while monitoring the expenses and performance of the program.
REQUIREMENTS
2 - 4 years of management experience.
Ability to motivate others.
Ability to work independently, as well as with a team.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
