Production Supervisor

POSITION DESCRIPTION Our client is seeking several Production Supervisors.
RESPONSIBILITIESThe Production Supervisor will have responsibility for supervising first line production operators in its foundry operation. Specific responsibilities include: • Oversee production employees • Ensure consistent quality performance • Prepare, document, and communicate procedures as required to all employees • Develop relationships with employees to ensure team oriented operation





JOB REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities: • 3-5 years minimum experience in heavy manufacturing industry • BS degree in Engineering or other technical field • PC literate (Excel, Power Point, Word) • Excellent communication and presentation skills both oral and written • Strong initiative, high energy
