Purpose: Our client is currently looking for Production Supervisors for their plant. Our client is a leading manufacturer of automotive parts. Our Client is looking for Production Supervisors who can do the following:

*Manage and discipline Hourly Workforce in a manufacturing environment
*Enforce safety rules to support and improve Plant Safety Culture
*Assure the building of quality parts to be shipped
*Make effective use of material and equipment
*Communicate appropriately to subordinates and upper management
*Promote Team Concepts and Team Environment
*Learn and follow Manufacturing Operating System
*Maintain Production Schedules to ship parts on time
*Maintain efficient records and reports
